Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Eylo ("Eylo", "we", "us") for using the Eylo iOS app and this website. By creating an account or using Eylo, you accept them.
1. What Eylo is
Eylo is a camera-first social app: photos can only be captured inside the app, at the moment they happen — there are no camera roll uploads, filters or edits. You can share moments as permanent posts or as stories that disappear after 24 hours, follow people, and message them.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old to use Eylo. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you confirm a parent or guardian agrees to these terms on your behalf.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself — you are responsible for activity on your account. Give us accurate information, and tell us right away at the address below if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Your content
You own what you capture. By posting on Eylo you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display and transmit that content — solely to operate and improve the service. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in backups that expire on their own schedule, and content others have already re-shared where the app allows it.
5. Rules of conduct
Do not use Eylo to:
- post content that is illegal, hateful, threatening, harassing or sexually exploitative — and never any content sexualizing minors;
- impersonate people, spam, scam, or artificially manipulate glances and follows;
- infringe someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy — including photographing people where they have a reasonable expectation of privacy;
- reverse-engineer the app, scrape the service, or bypass its capture-only design (e.g. injecting external images);
- interfere with the operation or security of the service.
We may remove content and restrict, suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules. You can report content or users in the app or by email; blocking is available on every profile.
6. Ending things
You can delete your account any time (Profile → Settings → Delete account) — your data is permanently removed as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or where we must do so by law.
7. Disclaimers
Eylo is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep the service available and your moments safe, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (Eylo is currently free, so: nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
8. Changes to the service or terms
Eylo is young and evolving; features may change, ship or be removed. If we materially change these terms we will update this page and the date above and announce it in the app. Using Eylo after a change means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes are subject to the courts of Türkiye — without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

Bu koşullar, Eylo iOS uygulamasını ve bu web sitesini kullanımınız için sizinle Eylo ("Eylo", "biz") arasındaki sözleşmedir. Hesap oluşturarak veya Eylo'yu kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1. Eylo nedir
Eylo kamera odaklı bir sosyal uygulamadır: fotoğraflar yalnızca uygulamanın içinde, yaşandığı anda çekilebilir — galeriden yükleme, filtre veya düzenleme yoktur. Anlarınızı kalıcı gönderi ya da 24 saat sonra kaybolan hikâye olarak paylaşabilir, insanları takip edebilir ve mesajlaşabilirsiniz.
2. Kimler kullanabilir
Eylo'yu kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısınız. Yaşadığınız yerde reşit değilseniz, bir ebeveyn veya velinin bu koşulları sizin adınıza kabul ettiğini onaylarsınız.
3. Hesabınız
Giriş bilgilerinizi kimseyle paylaşmayın — hesabınızdaki etkinlikten siz sorumlusunuz. Bize doğru bilgi verin; hesabınızın ele geçirildiğini düşünüyorsanız aşağıdaki adresten hemen haber verin.
4. İçeriğiniz
Çektiğiniz şey sizindir. Eylo'da paylaşarak, bu içeriği yalnızca hizmeti çalıştırmak ve geliştirmek amacıyla barındırmamız, saklamamız, göstermemiz ve iletmemiz için bize münhasır olmayan, dünya çapında, telifsiz bir lisans verirsiniz. Bu lisans, içeriği veya hesabınızı sildiğinizde sona erer; kendi takvimiyle silinen yedek kopyalar ve uygulamanın izin verdiği ölçüde başkalarının halihazırda yeniden paylaştığı içerik hariçtir.
5. Davranış kuralları
Eylo'yu şunlar için kullanmayın:
- yasa dışı, nefret içeren, tehditkâr, taciz edici veya cinsel istismar içeren içerik paylaşmak — ve asla çocukları cinselleştiren herhangi bir içerik;
- başkalarının kimliğine bürünmek, spam veya dolandırıcılık yapmak, bakış ve takipleri yapay olarak şişirmek;
- başkalarının telif hakkını, markasını veya özel hayatını ihlal etmek — makul mahremiyet beklentisi olan yerlerde insanları fotoğraflamak dâhil;
- uygulamayı tersine mühendislikle çözmek, veriyi kazımak veya yalnızca-çekim tasarımını aşmak (ör. dışarıdan görsel enjekte etmek);
- hizmetin işleyişine veya güvenliğine müdahale etmek.
Bu kuralları ihlal eden içeriği kaldırabilir; hesapları kısıtlayabilir, askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz. İçerik ve kullanıcıları uygulama içinden veya e-postayla bildirebilirsiniz; her profilde engelleme mevcuttur.
6. Sonlandırma
Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz (Profil → Ayarlar → Hesabı sil) — verileriniz Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklandığı gibi kalıcı olarak kaldırılır. Bu koşulları ihlal eden veya yasal olarak zorunlu olduğumuz durumlarda hesapları askıya alabilir ya da kapatabiliriz.
7. Sorumluluk reddi
Eylo "olduğu gibi", hiçbir garanti verilmeksizin sunulur. Hizmeti erişilebilir ve anlarınızı güvende tutmak için çok çalışıyoruz; ancak kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışma sözü veremeyiz. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, hizmete ilişkin herhangi bir talepte sorumluluğumuz son 12 ayda bize ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır (Eylo şu anda ücretsizdir, yani: sıfır). Bu koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm, yasal olarak sınırlandırılamayacak sorumlulukları sınırlamaz.
8. Hizmette ve koşullarda değişiklik
Eylo genç ve gelişen bir üründür; özellikler değişebilir, eklenebilir veya kaldırılabilir. Bu koşulları önemli ölçüde değiştirirsek bu sayfayı ve yukarıdaki tarihi günceller, uygulama içinde duyururuz. Değişiklikten sonra Eylo'yu kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
9. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir ve uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye mahkemeleri yetkilidir — ikamet ettiğiniz ülkedeki emredici tüketici korumaları saklıdır.
